All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, trade names, patents, and copyrights, in and to the services provided by Fede Tech LLC are owned by the Company. You acknowledge that you have no rights to use any such intellectual property and will not use any such intellectual property for any purpose without the prior written consent of the Company.
